SPECIFICATIONS:

·  STRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION: Reinforced concrete according to anti-seismic regulations.

·  WALLS & FINISHES: External and Internal walls of 20cm & 10cm thick with clay bricks. Internal wall finish to be plastered and painted in three coats of emulsion. External walls will be plastered and finished with brick cladding.

·  SURFACE FINISHES: Kitchen walls will be covered with porcelain type ceramics worth of CY £5.00/ m². Bathroom walls will be covered with ceramics tiles worth of CY £5.00/ m².

·  DOORS & WINDOWS: Main entrance will be made of solid wood (Oak or Beech). All inside doors will be covered with Oak or Beech wood, made by MDF with oil paint. There will be external double glazed, sliding doors and windows, made of aluminium.

·  FLOORS: Living room floors will be covered either with ceramic tiles of purchase value of CY £8.00/ m². In the kitchen ceramic tiles of purchase value of CY £5.00/m² will be used and bathroom floors will be covered with ceramic tiles worth of CY £5.00/ m². Bedrooms will be covered either with ceramic tiles of purchase value of CY £5.00/ m².

·  BEDROOM WARDROBES: Bedroom wardrobes with roller fittings drawers will be made of MDF doors, painted inside with melamine.

·  SANITARY WARES: All made of A’ quality products that include the kitchen sink and all the necessary accessories such as water mixers, soap case, mirror, etc. In the two bedroom apartments sanitary wares of purchase value of CY £600.00 will be installed.

·  KITCHEN: Melamine doors oak finish. Standard work surface cover.

·  ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION: According to the architect’s plans and the E.A.C. regulations.

·  PIPED SUPPLY SYSTEM: It will be carried out based on the architect’s plans and the approval of the Waterboard Authority. Hot and cold water supply system with copper pipes will be used. Hot water will be provided through the heating system using solar panels.

·  AIR CONDITION & CENTRAL HEATING SYSTEM: Provision for A/C and electrical heating system in the living room, bedrooms and kitchen.

·  SOLAR PANELS: Available solar panels for all apartments.

·  PARKING SPACE: Available parking space for all apartments according to the architects plans
