We are a small family business company locate in the village of Pervolia. Our mission is to provide quality housing solutions that meets and exceeds our customers’ expectations. Unlike many property developers we are locally owned and operated since 1996. Our family resides in the area where our projects are been constucted and we are directly involved in all the phases of the projects. There are no middlemen involved in the process there is direct and immediate response to all of our customers needs. Some of our previous projects were Ammos Beach Condos a complex of 6 condominium apartment and 2 stores in Pervolia all completed and delivered in 1998. Also in the same year we jointly develop along with other family members the development and sale of 30 building plots in the village of Pervolia that project was completed in the year 2000. Our current project is ‘YIANGOS APARTMENT COURT’ a three storage apartment complex located in Pervolia village. |
